I recently bought a pair of pants at Tarocash and, based on the sales assistant’s recommendation, had the length and width altered. They told me it would take an hour, so I waited. After an hour, I returned to try them on, only to notice that the edges were sticking out awkwardly. The store agreed to fix the issue, but after waiting another 30 minutes, the problem persisted.

The sales assistant’s attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concern, they started assisting other customers and told me that “this is how all the pants turn out,” and that there was nothing more they could do to help. I paid AUD 70 for the alterations, and I expect a proper result—why should I settle for pants that aren’t even properly finished?

I’ve attached a photo showing pants I purchased from another store where the alterations were done perfectly, with no sticking edges like what I experienced at Tarocash. This was a frustrating experience with terrible service, poor-quality alterations, and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Having purchased from Tarocash before, I can say firsthand that their quality is pretty good, but if they were priced a little lower, my friend might've purchased a few items. Although we visited this outlet during the discount sales last year, the prices were still high for my friend to buy anything at all.

What I find unique about their clothes is that the ones we looked into weren't pure cotton but a mixed synthetic variety. Even then, those were priced higher. I do like their distinctive designs and the sheer variety available.

If you can and want to splurge on some really cool clothes, this place has it all. I still love my 2 shirts that I purchased from another Tarocash shop, so they're definitely doing it right. You definitely need more cash to shop at Tarocash!

Welcoming and patient staff, kind and caring. Tarocash is a Chinese made brand that has a wide range of products for all tastes and sizes. Prices are also reasonable and I’ve been to several other branches that they have in Victoria. This one is also a good one. I had a tight deadline for the alteration on the suit that I bought from them and they’ve been flexible. My instructions on the alteration were not followed but it always happens and the staff were kind enough to offer a re-do of the alteration.

Had an amazing shopping ?experience here. All staff were lovely but one staff in particular, Loochana really helped us find the perfect suit ?️?for my hubby.

He is going to officiate my sisters wedding back in the States. She is having a Havana? themed wedding which can be tricky when going with the theme.

Loochana helped him pick out his perfect suit with amazing assessories to help bring it all together to help him look dapper✨️.

Customer service is amazing, they are super professional and well practiced at returns and exchanges.
Which is good because everything you get here will break nearly instantly. I thought maybe the first time I just got unlucky but it just seems to start breaking if you wear it
