In January, I purchased four great suits and I was served by Daniel. His professionalism and his exceptional customer service were very much appreciated. I live in Tasmania and only recently, I discovered that one of the suit jackets was not the right size. This was absolutely no problem for Daniel and I have sent it back and he has sent a replacement. Exceptional!!

I don’t enjoy doing negative reviews, but Iv’e been a reliable customer for over 15 years and recently had a really bad experience. I have come twice to the docklands outlet only to find a sign on the door saying “will be back in 15 minutes”. More seriously though, I’ve had 2 pairs of pants give way and rip after less than a year of wear. Something which had never happened before. I went back to ask if anything can be done as this isn’t normal, and the staff member said they could send it to their tailor to fix but it would cost me $30, or they could sell me another pair for $60 instead of $90. I said no thanks and walked out. This is not the level of service any customer should receive let alone a long standing customer for over a decade. I think It’s time to find another company for my menswear.

You can find Peter Jackson in a number of places, we have another store closer to our house however we always decide to venture a little further to be served by Wayne.
