Initially my experience was positive with amazing salesperson Nevin. But that positivity ended once the items were delivered. Bought several items and paid for assembly. However when assemblers tried to put my bed together they were unable to as there was a significant screw missing. Also chair could not be assembled as wrong leg in box. Because pictures taken could not be downloaded by customer services I was told that I would have to wait for a technician to come and assess. Due to Easter week not available. Would call. It is now two weeks later and no call - bed and chair not assembled although both have been paid for. It has been so distressing and feel so disrespected by Leons.

My fiancé and I were excited to get our appliances for our first home, but 3 out of 5 were damaged upon delivery. The washer and dryer were replaced, but I was forced to go through the manufacturer to replace the dishwasher. We bought the appliances almost a month ago, and as of the time of writing this review, we still have not received even a date at which we will get the new dishwasher. I've had terrible experiences dealing with their customer service. Cannot recommend.

Overall we are very old Leon's customers and we like their furniture.

We were shopping for a reclining chair for my mother at Leon's located in Dorval Quebec, and we were helped by this lady named Nevin. She was extremely patient and made sure we received answers to all or questions. She took the time and always had a smile on her face while helping us. Great customer service and that is what makes you go back to a store. Thank you Nevin for your help 😉

Nice layout and great location. The staff members are helpful and not judgemental as encountered in one of the competitors stores.

They try to offer help in any form and they are ready to answer any question with smile.

Looking for a swivel bar stool, the trip continue here.
At the entrance, a single sofa was on sales, comfortable and friendly in price, but that was not the item on agenda. The store featured contemporary style of furniture, price is mostly acceptable. However, there are not much choices on the item I am looking for. Probably will be back another time for other items.

We bought a Chloe bed frame and it was Anour Morad who helped us. Very nice guy and helpful. We went back again to get a mattress and he helped us again. We are very satisfied with our purchased. We love Leon they have the best furnitures and amazing delas always. It’s our favourite store now.

I bought most of my home furnitures and appliances from this store. The sales rep Anouar, was very helpful and transparent. Some of the items I bought were back ordered and he was transparent enough to say that it will take 2 months to get them and I got them exactly 2 months later as he said.

When unpacking the couch, there was a minor scratch on it. I contacted the service after sale and once again they were very helpful and gave me the option between a repair, exchange or compensation.

Would recommend this store for their service.
