Went to Highland Furniture yesterday, 6/25/23, and ended up purchasing a sofa and recliner. Denise Pinson was excellent in handling the showing and everything else. Told her we were having guests Sunday but they thought delivery would be a week. By the time we got home we got a call that she had arranged a delivery the next day. Greatly appreciated.

I have been a faithful customer of Highland Furniture for years. Their furniture is of high quality and their customer service is excellent. I have worked with Jeff over the years and he is knowledgeable, honest, and professional! He goes above and beyond to answer all my questions and I always feel good about the decisions I make. The team at Highland Furniture has provided excellent service and coordination for our delivery. They stored our purchases for over a month while we were first delayed by Covid 19 and then out of town for an extended time. Jeff was very helpful in our purchasing decisions. They made sure that we got our furniture without delay when we were finally able to return for a short visit. Sam and Dwight provided excellent service with the delivery and installation. They were professional and patient while we made our decisions about exact placement of the items. All this and free delivery since I am a veteran. Great job! Highly recommend these folks!

Jeff, at Highland Furniture, was very friendly and helpful when we needed to replace 2 recliners. He was very patient as we checked out many different ones in the store. Once we decided on the one we wanted, he verified that they had 2 with that color and material in stock, then gave us a material sample for us to take home to confirm that it would match/work with our couch. He even put a hold on the recliners to ensure they would not be sold before we returned the next day. Great service and great Lazy Boy recliners! Will definitely go back next time we need furniture!

We recently purchased a Sleeper Sofa from Highland Furniture and we were very pleased with every aspect of the sale. Denise was a very knowledgeable salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. The sofa was delivered ahead of schedule and was in perfect condition. Also, the men that delivered the sofa were polite and very careful removing the old sofa and bringing in the new one as they were very heavy and it was a tight fit getting through the doorway . My wife and I highly recommend Highland Furniture!

My husband and I have been long time lovers of Mayo furniture for it's durability and comfort. We were in need of a new sofa (after 20 years). We looked high and low and knew that we would have to pick out the material and special order our replacement sofa. Well, Mayo is only available in certain stores according to its website. We searched out ~ driving great distances~with no luck. Our last resort was Highland Furniture and boy did we hit the jackpot! Our salesman, Jeff Cunningham, was not only pleasant to deal with, but was a Mayo expert! He bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted. To our amazement, the sofa and chair had come in early. The delivery guys (Dwight and ?) couldn't have been any nicer and more pleasant to have in our home. We are forever Highland customers now!

We recently moved to the Marble Falls area and wanted to get several new pieces of furniture. We were able to find nearly everything we wanted at Highland Furniture, and had it delivered and set up within just a few days after our purchases. Tom Etz was so helpful to us, guided us on two mattress selections which was greatly appreciated! Highland Furniture will be our “go to” as we need more items, and we give them a big five star review!
