Was assisted by Eric today. Knowledgable, friendly, made style suggestions and sat with us while we looked in books for light fixtures. I felt like I was there forever deciding and asking questions. Not once did Eric seem pushy or annoyed by myself or my husband. It was a pleasant experience. All and all we ended up buying 9 light fixtures. Now, 2-3 week wait and then picture time. Ty Eric for your assistance.

Very friendly workers, I was greeted upon arriving and was asked if I needed any help with anything. Lots of nice fixtures. They also have clothes, accessories, children's toys & I noticed some home holiday home decor.

They have a lot of lights and lamps in all price categories. The store feels a bit cramped and if you take your kids, you have to watch them to make sure they won't break anything. The staff was very friendly and patient and even walked is to the restrooms when my daughter need to go.

Very bad service. Went it with mom today to see fans and the employees there didn't even acknowledge us- they were greeting other customers that looked a certain way and were couples. I will take my business elsewhere

We purchased 5 ceiling fans recently from
Galleria lighting. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, they have a very large selection and were patient and very helpful while we decided which fans would work best for the different rooms.
We had trouble with one or the fans and they stood behind their products, came out free of charge diagnosed the problem and installed and replacement fan free of charge. We are HIGHLY Satisfied with the products and customer service at Galleria. We will definitely be back for other lighting as we tackle various projects at our house.

Awesome place! Very helpful! Bought lighting at a great price. Selection is incredible. Went in for advice for bulbs and the gentleman was very helpful and took his time with me because it is so confusing with all of the different types of lighting. I didn't want my bathroom vanity area to look yellow with certain bulbs but I was having a problem with it being too bright when I would go on the higher Kelvin scale. He was a great help.

Great inventory and prices. We have bought many fixtures from them. Just had an issue with a globe in a pendant light in the kitchen and it was handled immediately. Highly recommend Galleria Lighting.
