But this year at Christmas, Isabella went above and beyond to help me and ensure that I could have an item available for my partner.

Her actions and communication post connecting with her in-store was terrific. She kept me informed by email and by phone, and her drive to ensure we had the item at Christmas was next level.

She is an asset to the company.

Just had the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Rude and unprofessional staff members, no greetings no smile once I entered the store. I was just simply asking if I can order my size online because they don’t have my size in store.The two female middle aged staffs looked at each other and rolled their eyes right in front of me, as if I’m blind. How unbelievable…maybe they’re being racist or something. I hope they can improve on their professionalism. I will never shop at south yarra again. 30/05/24 12:30pm.

Returned my online order in store and the sales associate returned somebody else’s order in the system and I never got my money back. Have been going back and forth other customer care who never respond to my emails. Mistakes happen but they do not care at all that I am out of pocket and without the item. Horrified. Will never ship with this business again.

One of the worst stores to go to. All staff are rude and obnoxious. They don’t say hi and are clicky with each other like mates having a few beers on a night out.

Only go there because it was close or convenient at the time but screw that. Shop online instead.
Would also never forget the time they threw my online parcel/ bag down the stairs and it was all scuffed. Reported to head office and no one gets back to you.

I walked into the store to pick up a few pieces of my online order and was met with a noticeable lack of warmth. Not a single person greeted me with a smile or a simple "hello." Despite this initial impression, I must say that the pick-up process itself was surprisingly fast.

While I waited for my order to be sorted, I took some time to explore the men's clothing section. However, I couldn't help but notice that the two employees on duty were more interested in chitchatting behind the counter than offering assistance. Their disinterest and focus on personal conversation were so apparent that, honestly, I decided to walk out without making any further purchase. Sadly, based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to this specific store in the future.
