Love this place. The showroom is spacious and contains a variety of curated items that are artfully displayed. Sarah met me at the door to see what I was interested in and found the item right away. She showed it to me and then allowed me time and space to make my final decision on the purchase. I really like the fact that the design experts allow you the room to browse yet remain close enough to answer questions. A thoroughly pleasant shopping experience.

I e-mailed the customer information email at 10pm last night, and received a response before the store was even open for business again. ☺️ Erin was super helpful and quick to respond with several interactions through e-mail. We drove to the store from 1.5 hours away the same day, and Emily took care of us. She was so sweet and extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I purchased the 2 recliners I came for and completed the checkout within 30 minutes. They have beautiful, amazing quality furniture on-site! I would recommend anyone make the drive for your home furnishings.

We were shopping for a new couch over the weekend and stopped in here for the first time. Huge two story showroom with well-made furniture for every room in the house. The owner greeted us with warm cookies and he and staff gave us useful info if we had any questions. We ended up buying from elsewhere this time, but this is a great place and we’ll probably stop by anytime we need to shop for new furniture.

Bought a chair online. The person who helped me was wonderful. She promptly got back to me with all the information I requested and sent me color swatches, too. I was told it would take 8-10 weeks for the chair to be constructed and delivered. I’m hoping that process will be as pleasant and free of stress as buying the chair. We’ll see.

I had a wonderful experience with Chapin Furniture. I am out of state, made my transaction over the phone -received a text message photo of my order with the receipt. They worked with me with the delivery date because we need a specific date- and they made that happen. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will definitely order from them again!
