ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service, from the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a warm welcoming smile. I love how my daughter’s first Homecoming shopping experience was so personal. Our personal shopper was Kaylee & she was super sweet & I even met the manager who was so eager to help, offered suggestions, & not once did she seem irritated by all of my questions. Very great selection & the prices are very very reasonable. I look forward to shopping here throughout my daughter’s high school years & beyond. We LOVE Cara’s & the staff.

I call and ask if they done bra fitting and the answer was no they don't do that. The young lady asked others about where I could go to get a fitting. She sets an example how to help others thats for sure. She was so nice to explain it to me and I really appreciate it. I didn't get her name but she's really good at her job. This place has become a real disappointment. As a plus size woman, Cara’s used to be the only boutique in town where I could go and find clothes that didn’t look like they belonged in a retirement home. But over the past year, they have decided that their plus size section is no longer important. 90% of the clothes there are the exact same top in different patterns. There are none of the cute styles that they offer to smaller bodies, despite the fact that they used to do so. I have never left a store feeling more discouraged than I did today. Step it up Cara’s, and remember that bigger women want to look beautiful too. Make your plus size section more of a priority and less of an afterthought.

I canNOT believe it took me so long to go here. We'll definitely have to make up for lost time and shop here A LOT! Cara's is our new favorite store in town, without a doubt. Their store is beautifully laid out. The prices are unexpectedly affordable. The staff treated us like we were the most important part of their day. Their dressing rooms are perfect. They're having a HUGE sale this week. They have casual to dressy. What more could a shopper want?

It's not a bad store. It has some cute clothing, decent variety but similar themes. It's a boutique so everything is pricey.
Quality? Certainly not Rue 21 or something like fast fashion. But I also wouldn't fight a bear in their clothes. Be gentle with it and take care of it in the wash and it should last a while.
They are limited on sizes. Most things only reaching up to a large. Not to say that there isn't any plus size clothing, they do have XL-2XL. But their plus size section isn't as vast as their main selection.
The staff is nice. Friendly and helpful without hovering over you.
If you have a nice wad of cash to spend then I'd suggest giving the place a look.
