Showed up for a scheduled car battery change, the store wasn't aware of the work needed and had to call someone to come from their home. They came with their child to change the battery and after 20 minutes gave up as they didn't know how to change a VW Atlas battery.
In the process the hood latch cable broke and I was left stranded at the location while the employees went home. They offered help, but couldn't specify how they could help me.
Had to have the car towed to a dealership, wasted 3 hours of my time and ended up having to pay 4x what I expected.
Even the AAA people said "You should've had a professional change the battery".
Lesson learned, will steer clear of the place.

“Premier installation”

I was told “I just watched the tutorial video, should be straightforward”

Then during installation I was told I needed new terminals and I should take it to a mechanic to install the battery and get new terminals.
They just had corrosion on them.

I’d recommend the buying process, but if you need the battery installed, I’d recommend you buy somewhere else.

I went twice so far at this place to fix the damaged screen of our phones. Nelson is very kind and nice and good in his job! He fixed the phones quickly in less than an hour and in reasonable price. He even put on him the screen protectors the second time we went, which was really nice of him! I feel so lucky to have a place like this in our area. I recommend this place 100% if you need your phone to be fixed!
The store has a big variety of batteries and lamps, you can find what you need.

Fantastic. I had my work iPhone stop turning on. I took it to ATT, they were like we sell phones, we don’t do service. Ok fair... I went to apple to see what was up. They were not very helpful, and the guy stated it could be the battery. However, after waiting for a long time they would not replace the battery because the phone would not turn on. This was not cool. I was told to try a battery place. I figured I would go to a reputable place, nothing in the middle of the mall. Went to Batteries plus. Milo was able to open my phone, replace the battery and gave it back to me before I watch a YouTube video of how to do it. He honestly told me before that a new battery may not fix the issue, but there would be no cost to me if it didn’t work. He plugged it in and he the apple logo popped on I got excited, and when the phone vibrated I was pretty sure it was gonna work. When I saw the home screen I screamed and started dancing. You guys have a customer for life. God bless Batteries plus Bulbs. Also they carry all kinds of flashlights, batteries, and Peak lighting products! They got me juiced and charged up.
