Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ordered three beautiful chandeliers. One came in with a broken crystal. Dale was very helpful in ordering a replacement crystal. Received it this week. I love my new chandeliers and people comment on them all the time. Would definitely recommend Lamps Plus.

My experience at Lamps Plus was just awesome! Dannelle and Dale were very helpful! I told them what I wanted and they looked in the store and online to find what I wanted. There was a chandelier that I really liked, but it was a bit too long. Dale looked online and found something similar that I liked even better. It's just the right length to go over our table, too. It was very convenient to find all of our lighting needs in one store. I had looked online for what I wanted, but it's nice to see the actual product. I would definitely recommend Lamps Plus for your lighting needs! And the shipping is free!?
